Potential New Clients

We apologize that we are once again our wait list is once again on “paws” and that we cannot process the in-take of new dogs to Toby Town.

We truly understand this can be frustrating.

 

We wish we had the staffing and the space for all your wonderful dogs, but this is just not the case. 

Our wait list was most recently opened from January to March 2026 and, in that brief time, we processed 80 new applications; there are at least a few dozen more in the queue.

We will continue to process existing applications, but we cannot accept any new ones at this time.

Processing the remaining wait list applicants will take us through May 2026.

After that, our busy summer boarding season will begin and we will not have the time, space, or staff to devote to the intake process.

It is imperative that we keep our facility from overcrowding. We want your dogs to be happy and well cared for. That is why we have to carefully monitor our intake process.

During this time, we will do our best to refer you to one of the other many fine doggy care facilities in Richmond to help you find a place for your dog. 

Our plan is to open the wait list again after Labor Day and keep it open as long as we can until the busy Holiday Season starts. 

Please know we are truly sorry to disappoint folks.
