We have someone on-site 24-hours-a-day to make sure your pet is well monitored. We offer customizable staycare plans that fit your dog’s individual needs. You will be able to travel with peace of mind knowing your dog is safe, well-cared for, and happy. A staycation at Toby Town is also a great idea when you have houseguests and your pup needs a break from the chaos of company. Whatever the reason you choose to book a stay for your fur babies, rest assured they are in good paws with us! Let us be their home away from home! INDIVIDUAL STAY PACKAGES

Not every dog is a social butterfly. Some prefer to be on their own or have a temperament that makes it unadvisable to place them in group situations. These dogs would not be mingling with the other guests. Their daily activity schedule would include private outdoor time and individual interactions with staff members.

  • Tuck-in Service Bedtime Story: Your dog is read a soothing story before being tucked in for a good night’s rest.
Stroll down Tail Wagger Way in the heart of Toby Town and you will find our Shampooch Salon. Though not a full-service grooming center, we do offer a range of touch-up services that will leave your dog looking sleek and smelling fresh. Salon services can be booked as part of your lodging stay, or they can take place on a day your pup comes to play. Just make sure your pet is here for at least a half day of play in order to schedule Salon Services.

Don’t worry about having to check extra bags when you stay at Toby Town! Our all-inclusive lodge keeps things simple. Here’s all you need:

  • Each dog’s diet is different and must be maintained for their optimal health which is why you need to pack meals from home. At Toby Town, we do 2 feedings per day, but if your dog needs to be fed more than that, please bring that to our attention on your Lodging Reservation Form. Portion your pet’s regular food into separate containers for each feeding. The containers must be labeled with your dog’s name and must be resealable and airtight. If you feed canned food, the dog’s name must be on each can and their portion amount must be given to us at check-in. Make sure to pack enough food for your dog’s entire stay, but we recommend extra servings be packed in case of travel delays. If a guest arrives for check-in without their food properly packed, we will ask the pet parent to complete this task before leaving.
  • Any medications your pet needs to take must be clearly marked with your dog’s name and dosage. Medication instructions must also be provided on your Lodging Reservation form.
  • Everything else will be provided, but if there is something special you feel your pet will need during his or her stay, please secure approval from our staff prior to lodging arrival date.
  • For the safety of all guests, we require proof of vaccinations. Dogs must have negative fecal and be current on Rabies, DHPPV/DA2PPv (distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, pavovirus) and Bordetella. Bordetella updates are required every six months. In addition, we plan to require the Canine Influenza: H3N8 and H3N2 in the Fall.
  • Guests need to be 16 weeks of age and have completed all rounds of puppy shots, as determined by his or her vet. The exception to this would be enrollment in one of our Dedicated Puppy Programs.
  • Completion of our guest information form is required: All medical needs and medications must be disclosed to our staff in advance of visit.
  • In order to become a citizen of Toby Town, fur babies are required to attend a scheduled Meet & Greet Assessment. Pet parents are also encouraged to come in for a tour.
  • Dogs older than six months are required to be spayed or neutered.
  • For safety purposes, Seresto Collars (or any similar products) are not to be worn at Toby Town. Regular collars will be removed for the dog’s stay, and put back on at pick-up.
  • Reservations are required for all lodging stays
  • Deposits are taken at the time of reservation.
    • Deposit amount collected for non-peak times is one night’s Lodging Fee.
    • Deposit amount collected for peak times is half the price of the stay in advance. Peak times are stays that include New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and weekends during July and August.
    • 48-hour cancellation required for return of deposit fee for non-peak stays. One-week cancellation is required for return of deposit fee for Peak Stays.
  • Guests need to check-in no later than NOON on the day their lodging stay begins. Late check-ins are charged $10 and accepted only upon availability.
  • Guest Pick-up times are confirmed on the day of check-in. Note: Pick-up times vary from Lobby Hours and are as follows:
    • Between 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. Monday – Friday
    • Between 7 a.m. – 9 a.m. Saturday
    • Between 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. Sunday
  • Guests not picked up during scheduled pick-up times will be charged either a half-day daycare charge or a full night’s stay, depending on circumstances.
  • There are no drop-offs or check-outs on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
  • All pricing and policies are subject to change.
  • We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. A non-sufficient funds (NSF) charge of $35 applies to any returned checks.
